Returns and Refunds Policy

In most cases, it's a simple issue that can be resolved quickly. We have expert technicians standing by to help solve your problem. Please have your model number and purchase order for the fastest service.
The following information will help you process your return.
Return Authorization
No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Please email contact@krnglasses.com to obtain an RMA number and shipping instructions. Within 15 business days of receiving the returned item, we will credit you in the same manner as your original payment.
Unopened Merchandise
You may return any "unopened" products and accessories within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please return the item to us, shipped prepaid, using the most convenient shipping method.
Please note: Outbound shipping costs are not refundable.
Opened Merchandise
"Opened" products and accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Still, they are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the selling price of each product or the equivalent in local currency of USD 15, whichever is higher. This fee covers testing, cleaning, and repackaging expenses.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the products show signs of use, such as scratches or sunscreen residue on the lenses or frame. Please return the item to us, shipped prepaid, using the most convenient shipping method.
Some products include free shipping; however, if you return one of these products, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.
Opened returns must be in salable condition with original materials and packaging.
Cancelled Orders
An order that has already been shipped cannot be canceled. If you refuse an order already shipped, you will be responsible for the outbound and return shipping costs.
Damaged Products
You must inspect the goods before signing the delivery receipt from the carrier. If you sign the delivery receipt without inspecting the shipment, you will be responsible for filing a freight claim and arranging for the repair or return of the damaged goods. Concealed damage claims must be reported immediately.
Suspect Damage
Occasionally, the outer carton may look damaged, but the product inside the box is excellent. If you suspect concealed damage, notate "Possible Freight Damage" on the delivery receipt while the driver is present. This will help facilitate a freight claim if damage is discovered later.
Obvious Damage
Do not sign for damaged products. If your product arrives damaged, please:
(a) REFUSE DELIVERY, and
(b) Contact us immediately so we can process the appropriate claims and coordinate an exchange for you.
Defective Products
We encourage you to test your product within 14 days of receipt so we can quickly address any issues. If you believe your product is defective, please get in touch with us for assistance.
